摘　　要：职业教育最大的障碍是观念的固化,新时代的职业教育应该突破现有的局限,将小众教育提升为大类教育。首先有必要突破现有的中高职教育,拉伸职业教育的培养周期,实现职业教育贯穿式人才培养模式,其次要突破传统的学校单一培养模式。The biggest obstacle to vocational education is the solidification of ideas.Vocational education in the new era should break through the existing limitations and promote niche education to a broad category of education.First,it is necessary to break through the existing middle and high vocational education in the vertical direction,stretch the training cycle of vocational education,and realize the vocational education through-type talent training model.
