摘 要:针对高职学生自信缺乏、学习动力不足、学习有效性低下等问题,以马斯洛人本主义理论和马克思全面发展理论为指导,提出高职教育坚持"以学生为中心",构建"启航·竞航·远航"的"三航"人才培养模式,持续激发学生学习动机,渐进式提升教与学的耦合度,培养学生职业核心能力。具体阐述"三航"人才培养模式的概念和内涵,并从高职教育的育人理念、课程体系、课堂教学、师资队伍、管理体制机制五个方面探讨"三航"人才培养模式的构建方式和实施路径。Specific to such problems as that higher vocational students are in lack of confidence,in short of learning motivation and depressed in learning effectiveness,by taking Maslow's humanistic theories and Marx's Individual's Full Development as guidelines,this article proposes that higher vocational education should insist on the“students-oriented”cultivation mode of“3-Sailing”talents(initial,contending and farreaching sailings),thus to continuously stimulate learning motivation of students,to gradually elevate teach⁃ing-learning coupling degree and to cultivate vocational core capability of students.It also specifically in⁃terprets the concepts and connotations of“3-Sailing”talents cultivation mode on such three aspects as how to start,how to keep competitiveness and how to reach a wider scope,and has discussed the con⁃struction mode and the implementation path as for“3-Sailing”talents cultivation mode on five aspects of higher vocational education as cultivation ideas,curriculum system,classroom teaching,faculty and manage⁃ment system and mechanism.
