摘　　要：当前高职院校教育最薄弱的环节是法治教育。改变这种状况的重要途径就是将法治教育融入思想政治理论课教学的全过程。这是根据社会主义法律和社会的内在联系,中国古代法律教育和道德教育相互融合的理念和实践以及高职院校法治教育所面临的困境作出的必要的、可行的选择。The weakest link of higher vocational education is the education of rule of law.An important way to change this situation is to integrate the rule of law education into the whole process of ideological and political theory teaching.This is a necessary and feasible choice based on the internal relationship between socialist law and society,the idea and practice of the integration of ancient Chinese law education and moral education,and the dilemma faced by the rule of law education in higher vocational colleges.
