摘  要:高职院校教师职称评聘工作关乎教师的切身利益,是师资队伍建设的一大平台,为学校发展提供重要人力资源保障。做好教师职称评审,应体现规范性、合理性和优选性等要求;做好教师职称聘任,应注重需要性、竞争性、阶段性等特点。加强教师职称评聘管理,既要考虑同类学校的共性,又要考虑特定学校的个性,利用多元化评议、年度性考核,综合评价教师业绩,促进师资队伍建设,为提高学校教育工作水平和教学研究能力奠定基础。The evaluation and appointment of teachers’academic titles belongs to the intimate interests of all the teachers,hence a main platform for the improvement of faculty’s competence,which ensures the human resources for vocational colleges’development.Such requirements as standardization,reasonability,better-than-good policy are essential in the process of evaluation,whereas the features of necessity,competitiveness,and periodic complements are important in the process of appointment.In order to strengthen the administration,the common and respective demands need to be taken into consideration.Multiple assessment methods and yearly comprehensive examinations are required to fully evaluate teacher’s achievements,conducive to the solid foundation for team construction in the future,the increase of education quality as well as the ability of teaching and academic research.
