摘　　要：应用型高等院校是我国高等教育系统中的重要组成部分。完善应用型高校教师业绩考核制度是实现教师个体进步和学校战略目标长远发展有机统一的现实需求。针对我国当下应用型高校教师评价制度中存在的:考核指标难以量化,考核实施者管理理念缺失,考核结果功利化导向等问题,引进西方管理理念和考核制度建设思想,注重考核教师发展的未来性,并建立定量和定性相结合的评估标准是当前应用型高校亟待解决的问题,也是提升高校教师业绩考核制度科学性的必由之路。Applied colleges are an important part of China's higher education system.Improving the performance appraisal system of applied college teachers is a realistic need to realize the long-term development of school strategic goals.Aiming at the current evaluation system of applied teachers in China's colleges:the assessment indicators are difficult to quantify,implementers lack management concepts,etc.the introduction of Western management concepts and assessment system construction ideas,the assessment of the future of teacher development And the establishment of quantitative and qualitative evaluation criteria is an urgent problem to be solved in current applied universities,and it is also the only way to improve the scientific performance of college teachers'performance appraisal system.
