摘　　要：李卓吾《琵琶记》评点之伦理观念体现在忠孝和情性两方面。其“乃人常情”之忠孝观,以百姓利益为重,将侍亲置于忠君之上。其情性观对男女之情欲予以肯定,将夫妇之人伦与“行吾孝”并提。李卓吾之“孝”与“情”皆发于“率性之真”,肯定了晚明百姓对私欲的追求。Li Zhuowu's critiques on the ethnics of The Tale of Pipa falls into two categories:one is the relationship between loyalty and filial piety,another is the importance of affection and passion.He has a humanist view on loyalty and filial piety that gives priority to family rather than the emperor.He holds a positive opinion towards the passion between men and women.Li's views on filial piety and passion stems from his recognition of the human nature,which reflect the personalized social life in the late Ming dynasty.
