摘 要:本研究基于学生的教学体验视角,对开展大规模在线教学过程中的学生学习满意度进行调查研究,在此基础上,结合期望确认理论对在线教学满意度的影响因素进行考察。研究发现,学生对在线学习的整体满意度良好,影响学生对在线学习满意度的根本原因在于学习目标、师生互动、教师关注学生进度等因素。提升学生在线教学满意度,根本解决策略在于打造"高效课堂",精心教学设计,发挥学校职能,确保在线教学实质等效,缩小学生学习期待和学习体验之间的差异。Based on the perspective of students’teaching experience,this study investigates the teacher experience and student experience in the process of large-scale online teaching in Hebei Institute of Finance.On this basis,combined with the expectation confirmation theory,it studies the influence of students’learning input,students’experience of teachers’teaching completion,students’experience of learning effect on online teaching satisfaction.The study found that students’overall satisfaction with online teaching is good,and the root cause of influencing students’satisfaction with online teaching lies in the difference between students’expectation and students’achievement of learning effect.The network platforms such as Catton are only the surface factors that are magnified when the online teaching process is limited by technical means and space-time distance.To improve students’online teaching satisfaction,the fundamental solution strategy is to create"efficient classroom",elaborating teaching design,giving full play to school functions,ensuring the substantive equivalence of online teaching,and narrowing the difference between students’learning expectations and learning experience.
