摘  要:通过对1989年至2018年八届国家级教学成果奖医学领域的342个奖项分析发现,我国高等医学教育教学改革成绩显著,但也存在问题,如获奖主题对于预防医学与卫生学、素质教育、国际合作、继续教育等重要领域关注不足;单位合作完成的奖项数量较少;奖项地区分布不平衡等。基于此,未来高等医学教育改革应全面落实立德树人根本任务;加大预防医学和基层医学人才培养;健全医教协同及多方合作育人机制;不断强化全员继续医学教育;制定适应行业需求的人才评价标准;对中西部地区实施重点帮扶等。Based on the analysis of 342 winning projects of past state-level teaching awards in medical field from 1989 to 2018, we found that Chinese higher medical education reform has made remarkable achievements, but there are many problems: the winning projects pay insufficient attention to some important field, such as preventive medicine and hygiene, humanistic education, international cooperation, continuing education;the winning projects of cooperation completion are few;the regional distribution of the winning projects is unbalanced. Therefore, the reform of higher medical education should implement the basic task of morality education;increase talents training of preventive medicine and primary medical;improve the mechanism of medical education cooperation;strengthen the continuous medical education of the whole staff;formulate the talents evaluation standard to meet industry needs;implement key assistance to the central and western regions.
