摘 要:为探讨幼儿园教师共享领导、职场活力及幼儿园组织创新氛围之间的关系,本研究采用共享领导量表、职场活力量表和组织创新氛围量表对706名幼儿园教师进行调查,结果发现幼儿园教师共享领导与职场活力、幼儿园组织创新氛围得分均处于中等以上水平;民办园教师共享领导与职场活力及其组织创新氛围得分均低于公办园;文化程度越高,幼儿园教师的共享领导得分越高,但是职场活力、组织创新氛围在不同文化程度上的差异不显著;教龄越长,幼儿园教师共享领导、职场活力、组织创新氛围得分越高;幼儿园教师共享领导、职场活力和组织创新氛围两两之间呈显著正相关;组织创新氛围在共享领导与职场活力之间起着中介作用。为提高教师的职场活力,幼儿园管理者应学习并掌握共享领导的理念与价值,推动共享领导的实施,营造融洽的组织创新氛围。In order to explore the relationship among shared leadership,organizational innovation climate and vigor at work of kindergarten teachers,706 kindergarten teachers were investigated with Shared Leadership Scale,Organizational Innovation Climate Scale and Vigor at Work Scale.The results show that:(1)Shared leadership,organizational innovation climate and vigor at work of kindergarten teachers are all above average level;(2)There are significant differences in the nature of kindergarten,education level and work seniority in terms of kindergarten teachers’shared leadership;(3)There are significant differences in the nature of kindergarten and work seniority of kindergarten teachers in terms of the kindergarten teachers’organizational innovation climate and vigor at work;(4)There is a significant positive correlation between shared leadership,organizational innovation climate and vigor at work;(5)Organizational innovation climate of kindergarten teachers play a mediating role between shared leader ship and vigor at work.In the future,kindergarten managers should popularize the concept of shared leadership,and promote the implementation of shared leadership,create a harmonious organizational innovation climate,and then enhance the vigor of kindergarten teachers in the workplace.
