摘  要:【目的】了解黄皮种质资源的抗氧化特性及其抗氧化作用的物质基础,为高抗氧化能力黄皮新品种的选育和利用提供参考依据。【方法】以农业农村部广州黄皮种质资源圃中保存的120份种质为材料,测定并比较了不同种质的抗坏血酸含量、总黄酮含量、总多酚含量和1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼自由基(1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl radical,DPPH)清除能力、铁离子还原抗氧化能力(Ferric reducing antioxidant power,FRAP)之间的差异,并利用统计分析软件进行了聚类分析和相关性分析。【结果】测定结果表明:120份黄皮的抗坏血酸含量、总黄酮含量、总多酚含量和DPPH清除能力、FRAP抗氧化能力的变幅分别为328.8~1862.3、3.8~371.6、535.6~3 964.4与135.3~1 255.3、86.8~1 387.5 mg·L-1,表现出明显的基因型差异;不同来源地和不同类型黄皮种质之间其抗坏血酸含量、总黄酮含量、总多酚含量和DPPH清除能力、FRAP抗氧化能力均存在较大差异。采用K-mean cluster快速聚类法可将120份黄皮种质聚为6大类群,第1、第2、第3、第4、第5与第6类群分别由32、11、3、26、7和41份种质组成。相关性分析结果表明:DPPH清除能力、FRAP抗氧化能力与其抗坏血酸含量、总黄酮含量、总多酚含量间均呈极显著正相关(P <0.01)。【结论】不同黄皮种质的抗氧化能力和抗氧化物质含量间均存在明显的差异,说明其遗传多样性丰富。抗坏血酸、总黄酮和总多酚是黄皮抗氧化作用的重要物质基础。【Objective】To understand antioxidant properties and antioxidant components in Clausena lansium fruits from different germplasm resources,and to provide some reference bases for breeding and utilizing new C.lansium varieties with high antioxidant capacity.【Method】Mature fruits of 120 C.lansium germplasms growing at the National Depository of C.lansium Germplasm(Guangzhou)founded by Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs were used as materials.Ascorbic acid content,total flavonoids content,total phenolics content,1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl radical(DPPH)scavenging ability and ferric ion reducing antioxidant power(FRAP)in fruits from different germplasms were determined and compared.Meanwhile,cluster analysis and correlation analysis were carried out by using some statistical analysis softwares.【Result】Ranges of ascorbic acid content,total flavonoids content,total phenolics content,DPPH scavenging ability and FRAP in 120 C.lansium samples are 328.8-1862.3,3.8-371.6,535.6-3964.4,135.3-1255.3 and 86.8-1387.5 mg·L-1,respectively,which displayed significant genotype differences.Ascorbic acid contents,total flavonoids content,total phenolics content,DPPH scavenging ability and FRAP show significant differences between different types of C.lansium germplasms from different provenances.Total 120 germplasms are clustered into six groups by using K-mean cluster method,and they consist of 32,11,3,26,7 and 41 germplasms,respectively.The results of correlation analysis showed that DPPH scavenging ability and FRAP are both very significantly positively correlated with contents of ascorbic acid,total flavonoids and total phenolics(P<0.01).【Conclusion】Antioxidant capacity and antioxidant components have obvious differences among different C.lansium gerplasms,which indicates they have rich genetic diversity.Ascorbic acid,total flavonoids and total phenolics in C.lansium are some important antioxidant substances.
