摘　　要：用户多元化的需求以及图书馆知识服务转型的需求加速了信息素养教育向多元素养教育的转变。大学图书馆需要开展以促进知识交流为目标的多元素养教育,支持学生的学业发展。文章通过比较信息素养教育与多元素养教育的关系,解析得到了多元素养教育的实践要素,并基于实践总结了多元素养教育的优势和关键因素。The diversified user needs and library knowledge service demands accelerate the transformation of information literacy education to multiple literacy education.Multiple literacy education should focus on promoting knowledge exchange and supporting sudents' academic development.By analyzing the relationships between information literacy education and multiple literacy deucation,the practical elements of multiple literacy education are concluded and carried out.And based on the practical work,the advantages and key factors of multiple literacy education are further analyzed.
