摘  要:针对当前高校创新创业教育泛化、虚化、套化,导致创新创业教育与科学技术进步脱节,专业技术人才创造力培养滞后于信息技术发展等问题,本文结合深圳职业技术学院软件技术专业群专创融合人才培养综合改革探索与实践,逐步形成"三递进、三融入、三护航"模式,明晰了平台学习知识-大赛检验技能-创业验证成效的递进式教学过程(三递进);在人才培养过程中将艺术融入技术、将文化融入教育、将创意融入生活(三融入),帮助学生在学会文化、掌握先进专业技术的同时,也具备了艺术创造能力;通过专业导师、创业导师、产业导师协同护航(三护航),帮助学生完成从"只瞄准就业"到"追求创新"的转变.In view of problems such as being superficial and stuck in a rut,innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher learning institutes is disconnected from scientific and technological progress,and has lagged behind the development of information technology.This article combines the exploration and practice of the comprehensive reform of the specialized and integrated personnel training of the software and technology professional group of Shenzhen Polytechnic.It forms a“Three Progresses,Three Integrations,Three Escorts”model,which clarifies the platform learning knowledge-contest testing skills-entrepreneurial verification results(Three Progresses),integrates art into technology,culture into education,and creativity into life in the process of personnel training(Three Integrations),helps students learn culture and master advanced professional technology as well as artistic creation,through professional instructors enterprise and industry instructors cooperate in escorting(Three Escorts).Students are able to complete the transition from“employment only”to“innovation pursuit”.For the training of specialized and integrated talents of other higher vocational colleges,this training mode is of great reference value.
