摘 要:职业教育与经济发展的关系最直接、最密切,二者既相互促进又相互制约。民族地区职业教育不能满足经济发展的需要,主要因素有:专业结构调整滞后于产业结构转型升级;毕业生质量不高,数量不足与相对过剩并存。为发挥民族地区职业教育为当地经济发展提供人才保障的作用,职业教育应以培养具有工匠精神的大国工匠为价值取向,培养模式以需求为导向,专业设置要具有动态特性和体现民族特色,发挥自身在脱贫攻坚中的作用。The relationship is the most direct and close between vocational education and economic development,both of which are promote and restrict each other.Vocational education in ethnic areas cannot meet the needs of economic development.The main factors include the adjustment of professional structure lagging behind the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure,low quality of graduates,insufficient quantity and relative overproduction.In order to play the role of vocational education for providing talented personnel in terms of local economic development,vocational education should cultivate great country craftsman with the spirit of craftsman as the value orientation.Its cultivation mode should be based upon the demand-oriented,and professional settings reflect ethnic characteristics with dynamic performance.Meanwhile,give play to the role of vocational education.The vital role of the vocational education plays a very important role in poverty alleviation.
