摘 要:新产业新经济的发展,呼吁融入产业背景以及实践能力的新工科师资质量提升。但现阶段还面临着如何解决师资数量不足、提高教师核心素养和能力、满足其他治理主体期望等问题。用产教融合的目光来解析这些问题,对于从校企联结的角度落实师资提升目标、转变忽视实践的师资培训方法、改革师资质量标准和激励制度具有重要意义。把产教融合的思想融入师资质量提升全过程,学校需要将"重教学、强应用、促服务"做到实处,将产业学院建设成师资培训基地,以"到实践中去"改造师资培训方法,并以"需求致用"改革师资质量评价体系,使"教""产"在不断融合的教学科研活动过程中形成具有整合效应的促进新工科师资质量提升的可持续发展系统。The development of the new industry and new economy calls for the improvement of the quality of new engineering teachers who integrate into the industrial background and practical ability.But at this stage,there still exist some problems such as:how to solve the shortage of teachers,improve the core literacy and ability of teachers,and meet the expectations of other governance subjects.Analyzing these issues from the perspective of the integration of production and education is of great significance for the implementation of teacher promotion goals from the perspective of school-enterprise connection,the transformation of teacher training methods that ignore practice,and the reform of teacher quality standards and incentive systems.To integrate the ideas of integration of production and education into the entire process of improving the quality of teachers,it is needed for universities to implement"emphasis on teaching,strong application,and promote service",build an industrial college into a teacher training base,and transform teacher training methods based on"go to practice".The reform of the teacher quality evaluation system based on"demanding for practical use"will enable"teaching"and"production"to form a sustainable development system with integrated effects to promote the improvement of teachers'quality during the continuous integration of teaching and research activities.
