摘　　要：针对高职院校实践教学有效性管理现状,分析影响高职实践教学有效性的主要因素,通过精准定位综合职业能力,制定有效人才培养方案,深化校企合作,将职业情境融入实践教学等途径,对提高高职实践教学有效性进行了一些有益探索。According to the current situation of practical teaching effectiveness management in higher vocational colleges,this paper analyzes the main factors that affect the effectiveness of practical teaching in higher vocational colleges,through precise positioning of comprehensive professional ability,develop effective talent training programs,deepen school-enterprise cooperation,integrating vocational situations into practical teaching and other methods,some useful explorations are made to improve the effectiveness of practice teaching in higher vocational colleges.
