摘　　要：为了使教学工作紧跟科学发展前沿与热点,该项实验引入DNA损伤修复内容,并使所提出的问题均具有开放性,旨在全方位锻炼学生的自主性与创新性,提高细胞生物学实验教学效果。In order to keep the teaching work close to the forefront and focus of scientific development, this experiment introduces DNA damage repair content, and makes the questions raised open, aiming to train the students’ independence and innovation in an all-round way and improve the teaching effect of the cell biology experiment.
