摘　　要：为了实现临床医学专业实验诊断学的教学改革,对实验诊断学的教改工作提出了优化建议。可从建立健全稳定的教师团队、选择适应现代医学的实验项目、培养医学生的临床思维能力这三方面入手来提高教学改革的质量。院校内部教师团队的职业素养在很大程度上决定了教学质量,建立健全稳定的教师团队是保障医学生实验诊断学教学工作科学、高效开展的必要前提。传统的实验项目教学方法已无法全面满足现代医疗工作的需求,因此,需改进实习教学内容,为医学生提供更佳的学习环境,增设实习项目。利用PBL教学法充分将教学主体归还于医学生,在这一过程中始终引导医学生的临床思维能力运转,以保障学习的长效性。让临床医学专业的医学生在经历前期的理论基础学习后逐渐开始接触实验诊断学教学内容是保障其专业技能水平提升的重要前提,未来还需不断加强信息化教学,不断组建高质量的教研团队,研究新式的教学理念。In order to realize the teaching reform of experimental diagnostics in clinical medicine,optimization suggestions are put forward for the teaching reform of experimental diagnostics.This article discusses how to improve the quality of teaching reform from three aspects:the establishment of a sound and stable teacher team,the selection of experimental projects suitable for modern medicine,and the cultivation of clinical thinking ability of medical students.The professional quality of the internal teacher team of the college determines the quality of teaching to a large extent,and the establishment of a sound and stable teacher team is a prerequisite for ensuring the scientific and efficient development of experimental diagnostics teaching for medical students.Traditional experimental project teaching methods can no longer fully meet the needs of modern medical work.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the content of internship teaching,provide a better learning environment for medical students,and add internship projects.The PBL teaching method is used to fully return the main body of teaching to medical students.In this process,the clinical thinking ability of medical students is always guided to ensure the long-term effectiveness of learning.It is an important prerequisite to ensure that the medical students of clinical medicine majors begin to come into contact with the teaching content of experimental diagnostics after learning the theoretical basis of the previous period.To study new teaching concepts.
