摘　　要：现代学徒制是新时期人高职院校教学改革的重要内容之一,其目的是形成以校企联合为主导的人才培养模式,解决当前社会发展过程中复合型人才结构性失衡的问题,其中,实践教学质量保障体系的建设与实施对高职院校现代学徒制的推广应用起到了积极的作用.本文以现代学徒制下高职院校教学质量保障体系建设为研究对象,在分析现阶段高职院校教学质量保障体系的基础上,指出建设教学质量保障体系的意义,并提出具有针对性的建设策略,推动高职院校复合型人才培养工作的开展.The modern apprenticeship system is one of the important contents of the teaching reform of higher vocational colleges in the new era. Its purpose is to form a talent training mode led by the school enterprise alliance and solve the structural imbalance of compound talents in the current social development process. Among them, the construction and implementation of the practical teaching quality assurance system plays a positive role in the promotion and application of the modern apprenticeship system in higher vocational colleges. This paper takes the construction of teaching quality assurance system in higher vocational colleges under the modern apprenticeship system as the research object. Based on the analysis of the current teaching quality assurance system in higher vocational colleges, it points out the significance of the construction of teaching quality assurance system, and puts forward targeted construction strategies to promote the development of compound talents training in higher vocational colleges.
