食品加工中膳食纤维的运用实践探究

摘　　要：随着人们生活水平的提高,对食物的要求也越来越高,这不仅有利于保证食物安全,而且实现了营养饮食。在食品加工过程中添加膳食纤维可以有效调节人们的饮食习惯,也是解决肥胖和冠心病的有效措施。本文简要分析了膳食纤维的功能,探讨了膳食纤维在食品加工中的应用和发展趋势,旨在进一步提高人们对营养膳食的认识。With the improvement of people’s living standards,food requirements are becoming higher and higher,which is not only conducive to ensuring food safety,but also to realize a nutritious diet.Adding dietary fiber in the process of food processing can effectively regulate people’s eating habits and is also an effective measure to solve obesity and coronary heart disease.This paper briefly analyzed the function of dietary fiber,and probed into the application and development trend of dietary fiber in food processing,in order to further improve people’s understanding of nutritious diet.
