遏制幼儿教师体罚行为的探究

摘  要:古代时期,人们对体罚的接受程度很高,惩罚在很多时候都是以体罚的形式出现。随着教育观念的更新,体罚的弊端逐渐为人所知,中外各国都开始逐渐禁止体罚儿童。体罚不仅会伤害幼儿的身心健康还会引发新的问题行为。但实际上幼儿园中的体罚现象依然存在。幼儿教师对体罚和惩罚的认知不到位是此问题频发的缘由之一。划清体罚与惩罚之间的界线,正确使用惩罚,普及法律知识可以帮助幼儿教师正确认识体罚的危害,从而进一步减少幼儿园体罚儿童的现象。In ancient times,people’s acceptance of corporal punishment is very high,punishment in many times is in the form of corporal punishment.With the renewal of educational concept,the malpractice of corporal punishment is gradually known,and countries at home and abroad begin to gradually prohibit corporal punishment of children.Corporal punishment can not only harm the physical and mental health of young children but also lead to new problematic behaviors.But in fact,corporal punishment still exists in kindergartens.One of the reasons for the frequent occurrence of this problem is that preschool teachers’cognition of corporal punishment and punishment is not in place.Drawing the line between corporal punishment and punishment,correctly using punishment and popularizing legal knowledge can help preschool teachers correctly understand the harm of corporal punishment,so as to further reduce the phenomenon of corporal punishment on children in kindergartens.
