以职业技术教育助推乡村振兴的路径研究

摘　　要：实施乡村振兴战略,是决胜全面建成小康社会的重大历史任务,大力发展职业技术教育有利于解决乡村问题。文章以H省为例,其职业技术教育发展还存在一些亟待解决的困难和问题。因此,应加大职业技术教育宣传力度,加大资金支持力度,调整职业技术教育的专业结构,健全职业技术教育的人才培训体系,着力培育新型职业农民,切实加大政府支持力度,完善职业技术教育的人才培养模式,以助推乡村振兴。The implementation of the strategy for rural revitalization is a major historical task for securing a decisive victory in completing the building of a moderately prosperous society.Vigorously developing vocational and technical education is conducive to solving rural problems.At present,the development of vocational and technical education in H Province is not so smooth and there are many difficulties and problems remained to be solved.Therefore,we must enhance propaganda of vocational and technical education,increase financial support,adjust the professional structure of vocational and technical education,improve the personnel training system for vocational and technical education,focus on cultivating new professional farmers,increase government support and perfect the personnel training model for vocational and technical education so as to promote rural revitalization.
