摘 要:随着高职院校院系管理体制改革日渐深化,绩效考核、收入分配都被提出了全新的要求,需要持续改进绩效考核以及收入分配质量。文章从不同角度探析了高职院校院系两级管理模式下的绩效考核以及收入分配改革,在理论联系实践过程中高效开展各项改革工作,促使绩效考核以及收入分配更加科学、实效、高效,全面加强院系两级管理,持续提升办学整体水平以及人才培养质量。With the deepening of the management system reform of colleges and departments in higher vocational colleges,new requirements have been put forward for performance appraisal and income distribution.It is necessary to continuously improve the quality of performance appraisal and income distribution.From different angles,this paper analyzes the performance appraisal and income distribution reform under the two-level(college and department)management mode in higher vocational colleges.In the process of combining theory with practice,it effectively carries out various reform work,promotes the performance appraisal and income distribution to be more scientific,effective and efficient,comprehensively strengthens the two-level management of colleges and departments,and continuously improves the overall level of running schools and the quality of personnel training.
