通识教育理念下财经类高校“经济法概论”教育教学改革探讨

摘　　要：经济法通识教育是以高校非法学专业学生为教育对象,其目标是培养学生创造性法律思维并提高其法律意识。财经类高校不应将“经济法概论”定位于专业教育,而应明确定位为通识教育。目前仍存在着课程设计缺乏连贯性,教学重点不突出,教学方法落后,考核机制不合理,师资队伍建设有待提升等问题,为达到现代化通识教育目标,“经济法概论”在课程设计、教学内容、教学方法、评价机制以及师资队伍建设等方面都应做出一系列相应的调整,以期培养出面向未来并满足于社会需求的各类优秀人才。The teaching subject of the economic law general education is the non-law students in the higher education.Its teaching target is to cultivate the students with the legal thinking and the legal ideology."The economic law"in financial colleges and universities should be situated in the general education,but not the professional education.At present,there still exists some of the problems on such as the shortage of the course devising sequence,not making the key points stand out,teaching method falling behind,examining system unreasonable,teaching troops needing to be improved,etc.To reach the target of the modern general education,"The economic law"should make some adjustments both on the course device,the teaching content,the teaching methods,and on the evaluation mechanism,the construction of the teaching troops in order to cultivate all kinds of future elites to meet the needs for the society.
