工匠精神:认知现状、影响因素及实践路径——以南京某高职院校为例

摘　　要：高职院校肩负着培育和弘扬工匠精神的历史使命。以南京某高职院校为例,通过问卷调查的形式了解学生对工匠精神的认知现状,并从历史因素、现实因素等多维角度分析学生出现认知偏差的原因。基于实证研究,建议从深化人才培养模式改革、打造特色校园工匠文化、创新教学管理模式及推行产学研合作等方面来提升工匠精神培育效果。Higher vocational colleges shoulder the historical mission of cultivating and carrying forward the spirit of craftsmen.Taking a vocational college in Nanjing as an example,the questionnaire survey is used to understand the current status of students’cognition of artisan spirit,and the reasons for students’cognitive deviation are analyzed from a multi-dimensional perspective of historical factors and realistic factors.Based on the empirical research,it is recommended to enhance the cultivation effect of craftsmanship from the aspects of deepening the reform of talent training model,creating a distinctive campus craftsman culture,innovating the teaching management model and promoting the cooperation of industry,university and research institute.
