摘　　要：毕业论文是实现培养目标的重要教学环节,对培养大学生的创新能力、实践能力和创业精神等具有重要意义。本文以应用化学师范专业的本科毕业论文“化学教学中渗透食品安全教育的研究”为例,从选题思路、开题方式、实践应用以及撰写等方面,对毕业论文工作的开展进行探索研究,达到通过毕业论文培养人才的目标。Graduation thesis is an important teaching link to achieve the training goal,which is of great significance to cultivate the innovation ability,practical ability and Entrepreneurship of college students.In this paper,taking the undergraduate thesis of Applied Chemistry Normal University as an example“the research on the infiltration of food safety education in Chemistry Teaching”from the aspects of topic selection,topic opening method,practical application and writing,the development of graduation thesis work is explored and studied,so as to achieve the goal of cultivating talents for graduation thesis.
