高职服务类专业学生核心素养框架的构建

摘　　要：高职服务类专业在高职院校中占拥半壁江山,随着现代服务业的发展,高职服务类专业的学生亟待加强职业核心素养教育。高职服务类专业学生核心素养框架包括学会学习、科学精神、人文底蕴、实践创新、责任担当、健康生活等六大素养。高职服务类专业学生核心素养框架的构建,将有利于高职服务类专业人才培养模式的改革,有利于高职服务类专业职场能力的提升。Higher vocational service majors occupy half of that at higher vocational colleges.With the development of modern service industry,students of higher vocational service majors need to strengthen their professional core literacy education,whose framework includes major accomplishments:learning to learn,scientific spirit,humanistic connotations,practical innovation,responsibility,healthy living,learning spirit,professional spirit,team cooperation,information attainment,service awareness,international view and organizational management.The construction of the core literacy framework for students of service majors will be conducive to the reform of the talent training model for service majors and the improvement of the professional abilities of students of service majors at higher vocational colleges.
