摘　　要：高职课程思政和思想政治理论课,共同构建全员、全方位、全过程育人格局。目前课程思政存在教师认知不到位、思想政治素质不过硬、课程思政教学的本领不高超、制度不完善等问题,提出了从提高教师对课程思政的认知、合理挖掘思政教学资源、创新课堂教学方面进行课程思政的探索研究,实现职业技能和职业精神培养融合的实践路径。Ideological courses and political theory courses in higher vocational Colleges,together to build a holistic structure of all staff,all-round and whole process.At present,there are some problems in the Ideological and political courses education,such as teachers’poor cognition,poor ideological and political quality,poor skills in the course of ideological and political education,and imperfect system.This paper proposes a practical way to improve teachers’cognition of curriculum ideology and politics,to explore the teaching resources of curriculum ideology and politics reasonably,to innovate the classroom teaching,and to realize the integration of vocational skills and vocational spirit.
