微信联合PBL、CBL在皮肤性病学实验课教学中的应用

摘　　要：目的改革以往在临床医学本科生《皮肤性病学》实验课教学中单纯播放录像的教学模式,探讨微信联合PBL、CBL教学模式在实验课教学中应用的效果。方法选择典型的临床病例,上课教师用微信将要讨论的典型病例照片发到和学生临时建立的微信群里,将每个班学生分为2组,以组为单位进行分组讨论并写出实验报告,最后上课教师和学生一起讨论、互动,给出答案,课后教研室组织教师评阅学生上交的实验报告,给出的实验成绩作为这组每个学生的实验成绩。结果提高了学生实验课学习的兴趣,增强了临床思维能力,较合理的形成了本学科课程成绩评价机制。结论微信联合PBL、CBL教学模式可作为一种医学本科生《皮肤性病学》实验课教学模式之一。Objective The purpose is to reform the previous teaching mode of simply playing video in the experimental course of Dermatovenerology for clinical medical undergraduates in Wannan Medical College,and discuss the effect of WeChat combined with PBL and CBL in the experimental course.Methods The teacher selects typical clinical cases and sends photos of typical cases that will be discussed by WeChat to the WeChat group provisionally established with students.The students are divided into two groups in each class.They discuss this case in each group and write experimental reports At last,the teacher and students discuss the case together and gives the final answers.After class,the teaching and research office organizes teachers to review the experimental reports submitted by students,and give the experimental results which are taken as the experimental results of each group of students.Results It has improved students'interest in the study of experimental courses,enhanced their clinical thinking ability,and formed a more reasonable evaluation mechanism for the course performance of this discipline.Conclusion WeChat combined with PBL and CBL could be used as one of the experimental teaching modes of Dermatovenerology for medical undergraduates.
