摘  要:教学诊改是近年来在高职院校实行的一种以强化主体责任、提高信息化程度和教职工质量意识为目标,促使各高职院校立足自身需求,建立内部质量保证体系,不断提高教育教学质量的教育改革举措。“8字”质量螺旋自然就是教学诊改落实的重要流程和基本方法,本文拟从课堂教学的角度,建立“8字”质量改进螺旋,从而提高课堂教学实效,切实落实学校、专业、课程、教师、学生各个层面的改进工作。Teaching diagnosis and improvement is a kind of education reform implemented in higher vocational colleges recent years with the goal of strengthening principal responsibility,improving informatization degree and teachers’teaching quality awareness.This reform will urge higher vocational colleges to set up internal quality guarantee systems based on their needs and keep improving the quality of education.The“8 shape”quality circulation is exactly an important process and a basic method of the implementation of teaching diagnosis and reform.This article intends to establish an“8 shape”quality improvement circulation from the perspective of classroom teaching so as to improve the teaching efficiency and implement the reformation work from schools,majors,courses,teachers and students’levels.
