边远地区社区教育发展现状及对策——以黑河市爱辉区为例

摘　　要：随着我国经济社会的发展,提升国民整体文化素质已成为当今社会文化的迫切需要,而社区教育在社会文化建设中有着举足轻重的作用。在一些经济欠发达地区的边境地区,社区教育发展的比较缓慢。黑河市爱辉区作为边境地区的缩影,可成为我国一些边远地区的社区发展现状的代表,其社区教育的现状可为此类地区社区教育构建相关发展对策提供借鉴。With the development of economic society,current social culture requires national citizens to urgently improve their overall cultural quality.In social and cultural construction,community education plays an important role.However,community education develop rather slowly in some economically underdeveloped border areas.Aihui District of Heihe City,as an miniature example of border area,can be taken as the representative of showing the present situation of community development in some remote areas of our country.In this case,studying the current situation of community education in this area can provide reference for setting up relevant development countermeasures.
