摘　　要：快速检测是保障高校师生食品安全的重要措施,快速检测实验室的建设对饮食安全和学校稳定具有重要意义。本文分析了快速检测产生的背景、检测的意义、检测项目以及今后的发展方向,旨在为高校快速检测实验室的建设和发展提供方向和思路。Rapid detection is an important measure to ensure food safety for teachers and students in colleges and universities.The construction of rapid testing laboratory is of great significance for food safety and school stability in colleges and universities.This article analysed the background of rapid detection,the significance of detection results,detection items and future development direction.The purpose is to provide direction and ideas for the construction and development of rapid testing laboratories in colleges and universities.
