摘　　要：儒家孝文化在中国影响深远,有着深厚基础和文化底蕴。孝道对领导力的影响,在中国家庭情境下的研究中并没有得到足够重视。本研究基于中国家庭的孝道文化视角,从工作—家庭文化和工作—家庭匹配的角度对领导力影响因素进行忠孝文化方面研究,从追随力视角发现在中国家庭情境下,领导力源于“孝道”。对500位MBA、EMBA学员的调查和研究,表明“孝道”对于领导力具有本土情境性作用。向上敬孝、向下施孝和平行行孝的领导者个人倾向特质,对领导力提升有正向影响,而且追随力在“孝道”和领导力之间有明显的中介作用。本研究对于用国学智慧解释现代组织理论,使得中西理论融汇于中国情境具有重要的理论和现实意义。Confucian filial culture has a profound influence in China with the deep foundation and cultural connotation,the research on the influence of fileal piety on leadership,in Chinese family context,has not been attracted enough attention.From the perspective of filial culture of Chinese families,as well as“work-family-culture”and“work-family-matching”,this research studies the influencing factors of leadership——loyalty and filial piety culture,and finds that filial piety is the source of the leadership emergence in the context of Chinese families from the perspective of followership.Through the investigation and research of 500 MBA and EMBA students,it is also found that filial piety has indigenous situational effect on leadership.The personal characteristics of leaders who show filial piety to the seniors,juniors and peers,have a positive impact on the improvement of leadership,and the followership plays an obvious intermediary role between filial piety and leadership.This study is of great theoretical and practical significance in interpreting the modern organization theory with the wisdom of Sinology and integrating the Chinese and western theories into Chinese context.
