摘 要:基于南京大学1286份博士生调查数据,采用回归分析探索博士生学术经历具体满意度与整体满意度的关系,结果发现,博士生的导师指导满意度和项目支持满意度对整体满意度的正向预测作用较大,课程教学满意度、科研氛围满意度和科研设施满意度的正向预测作用较小,基础设施满意度和奖助体系满意度没有显著预测作用。均值结果显示,博士生的导师指导满意度得分最高、奖助体系满意度得分最低,并且人文社科类博士生的满意度评价整体上高于理工科。结合均值得分和回归分析结果,项目支持满意度是对整体满意度具有较大影响且均值得分较低的满意度变量。基于上述发现讨论提高博士生培养质量的对策建议。Based on the survey data of 1286 doctoral students of Nanjing University,the regression method is used to explore the relationship between specific satisfaction and overall satisfaction of academic experience.The results show that the supervisor’s guidance satisfaction and project support satisfaction have greater positive effects on the overall satisfaction,while the effects of curriculum satisfaction,research atmosphere satisfaction and research facilities satisfaction are smaller.There is no significant effect on overall satisfaction in the infrastructure satisfaction or the satisfaction in financial award and assistance system.The results also show that the score of supervisor’s guidance satisfaction is the highest,and the score of satisfaction in financial award and assistance system is the lowest.Meanwhile,the satisfaction of doctoral students in humanities and social sciences is higher than that of doctors in science and engineering.In addition,project support satisfaction is a variable that has a greater impact on overall satisfaction and a lower score.Suggestions for improving doctoral training quality are discussed based on these findings.
