创业资源获取对创业意愿的影响研究--基于创业者个人特质的调节作用

摘　　要：在经济转型的大背景下,创新创业已经成为社会经济发展的巨大动力,如何推进大学生创新创业是"双创"工作高质量发展的重要任务。基于非全日制研究生兼具理论知识和实践经验的特点,从创业者个人特质的角度构建研究模型,探讨创业资源获取与创业意愿之间的作用机制。研究发现,创业资源获取对创业意愿有显著的正向影响,同时,创业者个人特质中的合作性起到了显著的调节作用。因此,要依托高校进行创业资源的整合,强化创新创业教育和个人特质的培养,全面提升大学生创新创业能力和创业意愿。In the context of economic transformation,innovation and entrepreneurship has become a huge driving force for social and economic development.Therefore,how to encourage college students to make innovation and entrepreneurship has been an important task for the high-quality development of“Entrepreneurship and Innovation”.This study constructed a research model from the individual characteristics of entrepreneurs,to explore the mechanism between entrepreneurial resource acquisition and entrepreneurial willingness,taking the part-time graduate students as the research object,who have theoretical knowledge and practical experience.It found that the acquisition of entrepreneurial resources had a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial willingness,while the cooperation of entrepreneurs personal characteristics played a significant regulatory role.Thus,the colleges and universities should be relied on to integrate entrepreneurial resources,to strengthen innovation and entrepreneurship education and personal characteristics training,and to comprehensively improve this ability and willingness of college students.
