摘 要:乡土文化认同是个体产生乡土情怀,提升个体民族认同、国家认同的基础。全科型小学教师要蕴含乡土文化基因,为重塑地方文化的价值发力,这既是新时期国家政策的要求,也是提高乡村小学教育质量的需要。要基于文化自觉理论和文化回应性教育,遵循主体性和场域性原则,从本土化招生、本土化培养、本土化成长三方面入手,培育全科型小学教师的乡土文化基因,为新农村建设提供强大的精神支撑。Local cultural identity is the basis for individuals to generate local feelings and enhance individual ethnic identity and national identity.General-subject primary school teachers should contain local cultural genes and contribute to the reconstruction of the value of local culture,which is not only the requirement of national policies in the new era,but also the need to improve the quality of rural primary school education.Based on the theory of cultural consciousness and cultural response education,and following the principle of subjectivity and localization,we should cultivate the local cultural genes of general-subject primary school teachers from three aspects of localization enrollment,localization training and localization growth,so as to provide a powerful spiritual fortress for the construction of new countryside.
