职教集团背景下深化校企合作办学对策研究

摘　　要：随着教育改革不断深化,职业教育集团化办学获得高度重视,加强职业院校和企业之间深度合作的重要性日益凸显。通过了解职教集团化办学的重要意义,分析职教集团化办学过程中校企合作存在的问题,提出基于职教集团背景下共建实训基地、建设信息资源共享平台、创新人才培养模式等校企合作办学对策。With the continuous deepening of education reform,the vocational education group school has been highly valued,and the importance of strengthening in-depth cooperation between vocational schools and enterprises has become increasingly prominent.By understanding the importance of vocational education group education,analyzing the problems of school-enterprise cooperation in the process of vocational education group education,the paper puts forward some running school countermeasures to jointly build practical training bases,build information resource sharing platforms,and innovate talent training models based on vocational education group background.
