摘  要:为提高高等工程教育整体发展,特温特大学2013年起依托模块化重构本科人才培养体系。在加强学科交叉融合、理论教学与工程实践有机融合的理念指导下,特温特大学设计了以工程项目主题为载体、将课程与工程项目进行整体设计、形成跨学科课程体系与系统化工程实践项目,保证了课程体系与工程项目的有机耦合,通过扩展校内外教学资源、建设专业化发展团队、完善教师评价机制有效保障该模式良好运行,开拓了理工科大学人才培养新路径。特温特大学模块化工程教育模式,对我国加快新工科建设、完善教育教学体系、实施可持续发展教育、加强组织机制变革创新具有重要启示。In order to promote the overall development of higher engineering education,Twente University has been relying on modular education to reconstruct the undergraduate talent training system since 2013.On the basis of interdisciplinary integration and the organic combination of theoretical teaching and engineering practice,Twente University integrates curriculum and engineering projects to form interdisciplinary curriculum and systematic engineering projects,which ensures the organic coupling of curriculum and engineering projects.Twente University has succeeded in exploring a new path to train talents in science and engineering universities by expanding teaching resources inside and outside the school,building a professional development team and improving the teacher evaluation mechanism to effectively ensure the successful operation of this model.The modular engineering education model of University of Twente provides implications for China’s universities and colleges in accelerating the construction of emerging engineering education,optimizing teaching system,implementing sustainable education and promoting the transformation of organizational mechanism.
