摘  要:目的评定SP+PBL教学模式用于脑血管病临床教学过程中的效果。方法选择信封方式将2017年3月-2019年6月在医院接受临床实习的52名医学实习生分组干预,各组归入26名,试验组用SP+PBL教学模式,对照组用常规教学模式,研究临床教学效果考核及学习情况调查问卷统计结果。结果试验组脑血管病基本知识考核分值、临床综合能力考核分值、整体考核分值、学习兴趣方面调查分值、教学方式满意状况调查分值、教学质量满意状况调查分值、接诊应对及处置能力调查分值、知识掌握情况调查分值均大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在脑血管病临床教学过程中采用SP+PBL教学模式可取得较优效果。Objective To evaluate the effect of SP+PBL teaching mode in clinical teaching of cerebrovascular diseases.Methods 52 medical interns who received clinical practice in our hospital from March 2017 to June 2019 were divided into 26 groups.The experimental group used SP+PBL teaching mode and the control group used conventional teaching mode to study the statistical results of clinical teaching effect assessment and Learning Questionnaire.Results the scores of basic knowledge,clinical comprehensive ability,overall assessment,interest in learning,teaching method satisfaction,teaching quality satisfaction,treatment ability and knowledge mastery in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion SP+PBL teaching mode is better in clinical teaching of cerebrovascular disease.
