摘 要:治疗药物监测(TDM)作为临床药师进行个体化给药的有力工具,其专业培训教育过程十分重要。基于本院临床药师培训基地的实际带教经验,提出基于LBL-PBL-CBL的多元化教学模式。教学中综合运用三者优点,以TDM涉及的专业知识为基础,以案例为导向,以问题为中心,培养学员有效运用知识和主动发现、分析并解决问题的能力,提高学员的临床实践、创新思维和团队协作能力。多年实践表明,基于LBL-PBL-CBL的教学在治疗药物监测带教中可以取得较满意的教学效果,有利于提高临床药师的专业能力,培养出满足临床医生团队的专业药学人才,实现精准医疗模式下的精准药学服务。Therapeutic drug monitoring(TDM)is a powerful tool for clinical pharmacists to personalize drug delivery,and its professional training and education process is very important.Based on the actual teaching experience of our clinical pharmacists training base,a diversified teaching model based on LBL-PBL-CBL is proposed.The advantages of the three teaching modes are comprehensively used in teaching,based on the professional knowledge involved in TDM,case-oriented,and problemcentered.It aims to cultivate students’abilities to effectively use knowledge and proactively discover,analyze and solve problems,and improve their abilities of clinical practice,innovative thinking and teamwork.Years of practice has shown that the teaching based on LBL-PBL-CBL can achieve satisfactory teaching effect in the teaching of therapeutic drug monitoring,which is conducive to improving the professional ability of clinical pharmacists,cultivating professional pharmaceutical talents to meet the needs of clinicians'teams,and realizing precision pharmaceutical care under the precision medical model.
