摘　　要：2020年在线开放课程如雨后春笋般遍地开花,不仅带来教师教学模式的转变,也带来了学校管理者对教学评价的思考及创新设计。该文从现存评价问题展开,基于高校管理视角,旨在探索在线开放课程的混合式教学模式的评价机制,研究对教师教学的评价,目的是提高教育教学效果。基于在线开放课程的混合式教学模式的评价设计,提倡要体现以学生学习为中心、促进教师发展、与教师绩效挂钩、鼓励教学改革。In 2020,online open courses are springing up all over the world,which not only bring about the transformation of teachers'teaching model,but also bring about the thinking and innovative design on teaching evaluation by school administrators.The research on the evaluation mechanism of the blended teaching model is carried out from the existing evaluation problems.From the perspective of university management,this paper aims to explore the evaluation mechanism of the blended teaching model of online open courses and to study the evaluation of teachers'teaching,with the aim of improving teaching effect.The evaluation design of the blended teaching model based on online open courses should embody student-centered learning,promote teacher development,link with the teachers’performance,and encourage teaching reform.
