摘 要:液压加载是结构强度试验最主要的加载方式,由于控制器调节的因素,存在载荷超调的问题。介绍了积分分离PID算法原理,并将传统PID与积分分离PID进行对比仿真分析,积分分离PID有减小超调的优势。以积分分离PID算法为基础,设计了液压加载控制系统,首次在MTS Flextest 200控制器中引入积分分离PID算法,并对超调指标进行测试。实验结果表明,采用积分分离PID算法的液压加载控制系统,有效地减小了系统的超调,满足结构强度试验的加载精度要求,对结构强度试验中的其他加载控制方式改进提供了借鉴意义。Hydraulic loading is the most important loading mode of the structural strength test.Due to the factors of controller;there is the problem of load overshoot.The principle of integral separation PID algorithm is introduced in this paper;and the traditional PID and the integral separation PID is compared through simulation analysis.The integral separation PID has the advantage of reducing overshoot.Based on the integral separation PID algorithm;the hydraulic loading control system is designed.For the first time the integral separation PID algorithm is introduced in the MTS Flextest 200 controller;the overshoot index is tested.The experimental results show that the hydraulic loading control system using the integral separation PID algorithm can effectively reduce the overshoot of the system;meet the loading accuracy requirements of structural strength test;and provide reference for the improvement of other loading control methods in the structural strength test.
