摘　　要：教师队伍在教育事业乃至整个国家和民族发展中都占有至关重要的战略地位,当前我国高等教育要想不断变大变强,重中之重是高校教师队伍的建设与发展。在新时代如何深化教师队伍建设改革,如何探索出一条适合高校校情的教师发展路径,至关重要。The teaching staff occupies a crucial strategic position in the education and even the development of the entire country and nation.At present,the most important thing for higher education to develop is to construct and improve the teaching staff in colleges and universities.In the new era,it is extremely significant to deepen the reform of the construction of the teaching staff and explore a suitable path for the development of teachers in colleges and universities.
