摘　　要：我国澳门特别行政区“学校自评先导计划”于2018年开始实施,以学校自主评估、反思及改进为核心,结合外评的核实和反馈,不断完善学校领导、课程与教学、学生支持等工作,以促进学校的发展与优化。该先导计划具有鲜明的特点,如以学生发展为中心、注重学校自评文化的建立、自评为主结合外评、制定科学详细的评价工具、重视提高相关人员的参与度等,给我国内地学校综合评价体系的构建提供了有益的借鉴。School Self-Evaluation Plan in Macao was implemented in 2018,focusing on school self-evaluation,reflection and improvement,and combining with the feedback of external evaluation,so as to promote the development and optimization of schools.The evaluation program focuses on the development of students,attaches importance to the establishment of school self-evaluation culture,and combines self-evaluation with external evaluation.In addition,it develops scientific and detailed evaluation tools,and pays attention to improving the participation of relevant personnel.Therefore,the plan provides useful references for the construction of school self-evaluation and comprehensive evaluation systemin other regions of China.
