摘　　要：应用型人才是适应经济发展的核心资源之一,根据应用型人才的特点及内涵,结合实践教学体系的重要性和存在问题,提出了实践教学实施的措施,认为通过加强双师型师资队伍建设,校企融合协同共建实践基地,改进实践教学方法,整合优化实验室配置资源,改善实践教学评价等方法提升实践教学效果,培养出高质量的应用型人才。Application-oriented talents are one of the core resources to adapt to the economic development.According to the characteristics and connotation of application-oriented talents,combined with the importance and existing problems of practical teaching system,this paper puts forward some measures for the implementation of practical teaching.The author holds that the practice teaching effect can be improved by strengthening the construction of double-type teachers,integrating schools and enterprises,building practice bases together,improving practice teaching methods,integrating and optimizing the allocation of laboratory resources,and improving the evaluation of practice teaching,cultivate high-quality applied talents.
