摘　　要：本文从在线教学现状、教学设计、教学满意度、存在的主要问题与意见和建议等方面调查分析了新冠肺炎疫情防控期间北京协和医学院在线教学情况,并对存在的不足进行了反思,对常态下加强在线教学提出了建议。未来学校应加快优质教学资源数字化和教学活动网络化建设,充分利用虚拟仿真实验技术探索教育智能化和自适应学习模式,加强对教师在线教育理论与实践教学全方位培训指导,并对学生在线自主学习进行引导,完善在线教学质量监控与评价体系建设。This paper analyzes the situation of online teaching of Peking Union Medical College during the COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control based on four aspects:the teaching situation,teaching design,teaching satisfaction and existing problems.It also reflects on the shortcomings and puts forward suggestions for strengthening online teaching under normal circumstances.In the future,schools should speed up the digitalization of high-quality teaching resources and the networking construction of teaching activities,make full use of the virtual simulation experiment technology to explore the intelligent and adaptive learning mode of education,strengthen the all-round training guidance for teachers’online education theory and practice,guide students’online independent learning,and improve the construction of online teaching quality monitoring and evaluation system.
