摘 要:随着"新工科"建设不断发展,国家要求各高校着重培养能够满足行业和国家需求的创新型工程科技人才。在此背景下构建了一个三维立体的实验教师综合培养体系,能够行之有效地提高实验教师的工程实践能力和教育教学水平,同时促进学生创新能力、工程能力和自主学习能力的培养。体系中采取了"边工作、边学习、边培养、边发展"的形式和方法,开展阶梯式的多元协作方式;以培养目标为引领,开发优质的实践教学资源,丰富实践教学手段;在锻炼实验教师工程能力和科研水平的同时,更好地培养学生的创造力和实践能力,推动教师和学生共同提升和发展。Under the background of“new engineering”,universities are required to cultivate innovative engineering talents who can meet the needs of the industry and the country.A three-dimensional comprehensive training system is constructed for experimental teachers,which can effectively improve the engineering practice ability and education level of experimental teachers,and promote the cultivation of students innovative ability,engineering ability and independent learning ability at the same time.The system adopts a method of“working,learning,and developing”and a step-by-step multi-collaborative approach.With the goal of training engineering talents,high-quality practical teaching resources are developed and practical teaching methods are enriched under the system.While training the engineering ability and scientific research level of experimental teachers,the students are better improved their creativity and practical ability.Teachers and students are promoted and developed together.
