摘 要:以天津市三家三甲专科医院21支医疗团队的240名医务人员为样本,研究医疗团队信任对团队成员组织公民行为的影响,进而有助于理解医疗团队中信任的运作方式对成员组织公民行为的影响。用回归分析和结构方程模型进行检验,团队互动过程在团队信任和组织公民行为间起到部分中介作用,医务人员职业精神具有正向调节作用。团队领导者应完善团队成熟过程中成员间的团队互动,使团队信任通过成员间的互动对组织公民行为产生积极影响,同时,具有较高职业精神的医务人员也会促进团队信任对组织公民行为的正向影响。In this paper,240 medical staff from 21 medical teams in three Three-A specializedhospitals in Tianjin are taken as samples to study the influence of trust in medical teams on organizational citizenship behavior of team members,so as to help understand the influence of the operation model of trust in medical teams on organizational citizenship behavior of team members.By means of regression analysis and structural equation model,the team interaction process plays a partial mediating effect between team trust and organizational citizenship behavior,and professionalism of medical staff has a positive adjust effect.Team leaders should improve the team interaction among team members in the process of team maturity,so that team trust has a positive impact on organizational citizenship behavior through the interaction among team members.Meanwhile,medical staff with high professionalism will also promote the positive impact of team trust on organizational citizenship behavior.
