摘 要:该文以大型仪器Quanta 400F型扫描电镜的管理为例,探讨了如何更高效、更开放地开展高校实验室管理工作。通过在教学过程中加强与专业科学研究的结合、引入多媒体手段等加深学生对专业理论知识的理解,提升对仪器使用及数据分析的能力,培养学生的独立思考和科研能力。根据扫描电镜和用户群特点,设计了符合实际的大型设备预约系统,统计出一系列量化指标,有效提高了仪器的使用率和管理水平,取得了良好效果。By taking the management of large-scale instrument of Quanta 400F scanning electron microscope as an example, this paper discusses how to carry out the management of university laboratories more efficiently and openly. Through strengthening the combination with scientific research in the teaching process and introducing the multimedia means to deepen students’ understanding of professional theoretical knowledge, students’ ability to use the instrucments and analyze data is improved and their independent thinking and scientific research ability is trained. According to the characteristics of the scanning electron microscope and user group, a large-scale equipment reservation system is designed, and a series of quantitative indexes are calculated, which effectively improves the utilization rate and management level of the instrument and achieves good results.
