摘 要:为提升师范专业教育课程在线学习的效果,分析了在线课程存在的主要问题:技术平台及相关硬件存在不足,教师与学生的主观不足。提出在线课程的应对对策:要充分发挥政府、社会、家庭、学校等各方合力,全力建立健全线上教学体制机制,搭建网络课堂沟通和交流的高效机制。教师应适应在线教学,积极探索信息技术与教育教学。学生应从思想上、行动上重视线上学习,加强自律,养成良好的学习习惯,适应不同情形下的课堂教学。政府应大力建设数字化教育服务体系,夯实教育资源服务体系基础,优化资源配置。社会力量应及时参与,充分发挥技术和人才的力量。In order to improve the efficiency of online study of teachers in normal school,the paper analyzes the main problems of online course,i.e.the disadvantages of technical platform and related hardware,and the subjectivity deficiency of teachers and students.Countermeasures of online course are proposed,i.e.to fully play the power from government,society,family and school,to fully establish online teaching system,and to construct the efficiency mechanism of network class and communication.Teachers should adapt to online teaching,and actively explore the information technology and teaching.Students should pay attention to online study from thought and act,strengthen self-discipline,form good study habits,and adapt course teaching under different situation.Government should construct digital education service system,lay solid foundation for education resource service system,and optimize resource allocation.Social forces should participate timely,and give full play to technology and talent.
