摘 要:目的探讨体验式教学在护理伦理学课程中的应用效果。方法在护理伦理学课程中,基于卡瑞特体验式教学法中的感知、体验、分享与交流、整合和应用5个环节开展教学。教学后,通过问卷了解参加课程学习的107名护理本科生对体验式教学的满意度;访谈了其中15名学生,了解学生对教学效果的体验。结果学生对教学效果总体评价得分为(4.37±0.71)分;受访者对体验式教学的培训效果给予充分肯定,主要包括学生的职业信心和职业责任感提升、学习积极性和学习效果提高、团队合作能力增强。结论在护理伦理学课程中应用体验式教学,有助于提升教学效果和培养学生综合能力,得到了学生的认可。Objective To explore the effects of a experiential teaching in the course of Nursing Ethics.Methods The teaching was carried out through the five parts of perception,experience,sharing and communication,integration and application in the experiential teaching model of Caret.A satisfaction questionnaire was used to investigate the satisfaction level of 107 nursing undergraduates to experiential teaching.Fifteen students were interviewed to understand their experience in joining in the experiential teaching.Results The overall evaluation score for teaching effect was(4.37±0.71).Interviewees accepted the experiential teaching well.They agreed that such a teaching could improve students'professional confidence and sense of responsibility,increase their learning enthusiasm and learning effects,and enhance their teamwork ability.Conclusion The application of experiential teaching in Nursing Ethics is helpful to cultivate students'comprehensive ability,which has been recognized by students.
